The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's best known for its light weight and compact design. It also does well in all of our categories, though it doesn't score as high check here as some of the other models because of a poorly placed window that peeks out and storage that's somewhat blocked.
However, this is an excellent stroller, and one of our top picks for families that require something that will get them through everyday use and even occasional adventures. It comes with a wide footrest that is cushioned. This makes it a comfortable stroller for children. The seat reclines fairly flat, but it took us two hands to achieve. The adjustable calf support is an excellent feature that allows your child's feet to kick up when they're tired.
The City Mini, like many other strollers we have listed, has a large canopy that is UV50. Parents are raving about it. The sun shade is elegantly designed and pulls all the way down which is a great thing since it keeps your baby completely safe from the sun without having to constantly put it back into the right spot.
Another excellent characteristic of the City Mini is that it is able to be converted into a double stroller by simply attaching an add-on kit. It is possible to use any Baby Jogger car-seat and create an entire travel system from the beginning. The only issue is that the addition of the second seat can alter the look and feel of the stroller dramatically and some parents may be a bit hesitant to navigate once they've gotten used to it.
